An Unforgettable Safari at Lake Nakuru National Park!
Tuesday started off at Sweet Bargain Hotel, where Mykel Board and I had an early breakfast before catching an Uber to Lake Nakuru National Park through Lanet Gate. Mykel generously covered our entrance fees—$62 for him and $14 for me—plus $100 for a safari car from Clarion Tours and Travel Agencies .
The adventure was worth every penny! We saw buffalos, zebras, baboons, monkeys, warthogs, flamingos, hippos, gazelles, giraffes, rhinos, and many other incredible animals. The highlight was visiting the breathtaking Makalia Viewpoint and witnessing the stunning waterfall.
After an amazing experience, we returned to Nakuru town for a delicious lunch and enjoyed the rest of the day before heading back to our hotel. A truly unforgettable day in the wild!
